” I would like to share our experience of selling our villa in Vale da Telha, Aljezur with anyone who is trying to sell their property, and considering using Marcela Propriades as their selling agent.

We had our property for sale for a year, advertising with an internet company who charged a one off fee upfront.

 Obviously, the first thought is that this would save the commission fee payable when you sell your property through an agent. What you don’t think about when you don’t live in Portugal is the cost of flights to show prospective purchasers the property, and the hassle that goes with it.

I received a telephone call from Helen Sands from the Aljezur offices of Marcela Propriades, asking if we would consider letting them sell our property, which we agreed to do.  We had viewers immediately, which was always followed by feedback from Helen or Graeme.
