Our power failed totally at 7pm 

We contacted Monica who came straight away. Unfortunately neither she nor her husband were able to fix the problem.

  Monica called the electrician and told us to go for dinner.

The electrician might take up to four hours. She said she would call us when he arrived.

She called us to let us know that everything was working and that we did not need to return until we were ready.

This level of service is outstanding and we felt strongly that the company should know what staff do to make clients happy.

” Professionalism – Anja Scheck from our first meeting must have thought we were the timewasters from hell (England!) – several other estate agents in Lagos certainly felt so !!!!! – but retiring to another country, and sinking your “”hard earned”” into a property is SO daunting – it’s very late in life to make a mistake – so sorry to anyone who “”wasted time”” with us.

But Anja gave us time, her thoughts, her experience! And FINALLY she took us to THE place!”

From then on everything went like clockwork (many thanks to Jac &Monica our solicitors).

Unbelievably, Anja’s determination to make the deal work was matched by her colleague Isabel Marques – who turned up at the house on a bank holiday, the day after getting the keys, to sort out a problem with the garage door! Gold star quality service.

Anja, the ultimate professional, patiently persevered taking a clearly indecisive couple from property to property, until the right one came along! Together with a good solicitor, the deal was agreed, arrangements made, all signed and sealed extremely quickly and smoothly. I must mention the contribution of Isobel of Marcela.

She also helped in the latter stages of the deal, but she came to the house, on a bank holiday, the day after we moved in, to help us sort out a problem – fantastic service!

” Last year in January we had our first meeting with Anja from Marcela to visit a house in Vila do Bispo that we really  liked! We live in the Netherlands and made the appointment by phone.

Anja from there on helped us throughout the whole process and it wasn’t an easy one at the end we even joked the house was really like a pregnancy, while it took exactly 9 months to have finally the Keys.

This wasn’t the agency’s fold, but the sad passing away from one of the sellers and therefore the extra paperwork that came alone.

We got anxious a bit during the process, because nothing was signed yet and the waiting makes you extra anxious.

Anja took the anxiety away by working great and always keeping us up to date during the waiting time.

Never failing in appointments and helping us with all the papers.

We are really grateful for that, because of her great work and also the assistance from Miquelina we have our lovely house in Vila do Bispo now to enjoy!
